Jannat Resort — Hotel in Punjab

One of the best resorts I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. ( little slow that could be because of increasing numbers of guests at the same time) , Location= The location of this Resort is perfect. I guess on the Right side or left there's a pool, It felt like a private swimming pool, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill with family or gf bf it's up to you. The most important part is Food. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation is made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Be honestly didn't expect what I've experienced overall it was great, I would say if you want to visit must-visit after 7 pm that doesn't mean daytime you can't enjoy, yes you can but after 7 pm like this is the best decision I've made. Thanks to the owner of Jannat Resort but please do care more about cleaning the grass that would be nice icing...

Very Bad Experience in the beginning itself. The way to backside restaurant near pool was not maintained (Kuchha Road). We went for a family dinner but in the Gents washroom, neither the hand drayer was working nor there was paper to dry hands. In ladies washroom, there was no soap. When complained to the guy over there, he pretended to do the needful but didn't have the curtsey to come back and tell that the issue has been resolved. It was our duty to go back and check whether it was done or not. Though taste of food was good. Ambiance near pool was OK but table tops were very shaky as there was no hard layer on top. just the same plastic strips stuff as that of chairs. Some chairs had cushion, some didn't. All is good but the staff steals food. My family and I went for dinner recently and we had ordered snacks and main course as well. By the time we finished our snacks, we realized that we would not be able to have the Main course food. We told the waiter to pack everything. We had not even touched a single thing. When the waiter god the packed food, we realised that it were in very small containers and that too were not filled completely. Hardly 2-3 spoons were put in each of those boxes. We asked the waiter who had nothing to add and later informed the manager. This is the second incident. The waiters here steal food.
