This place was a big disappointment. The cappuccino was too hot and watery. The gourmet Belgian cold chocolate was too watery with no taste at all. Only the lime juice was refreshing. Our drinks were basically left untouched after a few sips. With regards to the ambience, it was nice for its location, as it is a pit stop for travellers to or from Dalhousie or wherever. Worst experience by so renowned cafe shop ( Cafe Coffee Day ) Pathankot Near DLM. Air Conditioner is not working, 80% of Items are not available or out of stock. I asked the worker that AC is not working so he said It will be like this only. His name was Ajay. Pathetic experience so far, in my opinion they should close this branch or the main CCD managing team should look into this because it is very bad for the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day. My whole mood was spoiled....
