OYO Hotel Kakkar — Hotel in Punjab

Oyo, please clear with hotels with which you are tied. I made booking with oyo but hotel said they do not accept oyo bookings. I was asked to pay double. Room had no ac and tv. I booked 3x room with ac tv everything but end uo paying double at hotel with no ac tv and 2x room. Even electricity was out for 4 hours. Initially They said that ac can not be used with generator and then we found ac remote was not working but we were fooled that electricity is out. I told them that i have to leave at 10:00 pm so if they can give me any discount, because thhey were asking me pay double. They still took full. But that's okay. What is not okay is asking me to pay 200rs at 10:00 because i decided to stay. I paid for 1 night then why should i pay. Poor servicing. I am a girl, i was asked to pay 200 extra at 10:00pm. I booked a room but that time i said, i can vacate it by 10:00. They said that still i have to pay for a day. I understood so i paid in full too. But since i paid full, i decided to stay but they asked me to vacate at night. It is so unresponsible behaviour. This should not happen for everyone irrespective of gender but still for a girl, this is 150% unresponsible behaviour and worst service. Location is worst too. It is in small bylane, full of garbage but too high attitude.

Advice to OYO: PLEASE ENSURE THE HOTEL YOU ARE TIED WITH. if you keepsuch hotels, this company will loose its...

We talked to the owner from 24th sept. By giving advance. He showed us the family room when we came they are saying we don't have such room they are occupied bhai toh humne advance kis bat ke diye the ? Obviously ki room book ho !! We travelled 40 hours from Chhattisgarh to ludhiana. With too much luggage because we have to shift to cmc hostels. Their staff are so unprofessional they are arguing back.

This behavior is very unprofessional. Owner talked very nicely and humbly and promised all the service but it was very disappointing. At last we are with so much luggage we need to shift to their rooms only..

Thanks to kakkar hotel It is too much beautifull Very nice hotel to stay. I stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms were neat and clean .Food was excellent.
