KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

Food is good at this outlet as you can guess with brand name. Service is a bit weak because sometimes food isn't that perfect due to employee negligence. Also sometimes in hot days atmosphere isn't that good according to my personal experience. Otherwise everything is 👍🏻

Review updated Food was good but service was bad. I'd order a meal which was billed with a medium pepsi. They gave me the pepsi then i had my meal. My meal was not over but pepsi finished so i ordered another regular pepsi worth rs 72. When i got back to my table after getting my pepsi i found the pepsi glass i got earlier was the same size as the new one. I checked my bill medium pepsi was written over the bill but i got regular pepsi. After i complained about it, they offered me another small sized glass of pepsi. Which was useless for me because i can't take a third glass of pepsi but if they had offered me medium pepsi earlier then I don't need to order another 72 rs pepsi. The staff was like if you can't take the 3rd glass then we can't do anything for that. Very bad experience this time . visited KFC JMD on 10th April 2024 at 21:44pm order value over 2100 ruppees, I am very disappointed with the service the team provided as they made me wait over 1 hour to get part of my order and promises made over 20 times for 2 mins your order be ready. My order was partly picked by the customer assistant and placed in a heat window and other colleagues were taking my order items for other customers. This is very disappointing and unprofessional for KFC. I wished I should have went into McDonald’s next door. I will never visit KFC in Ludhiana again and waste my money. I had no choice but to walk out with an uncompleted order after 1 hour as my family at home got sick and tired of waiting and ate food elsewhere. I rate 1 star for service and...

The worst KFC …. To be honest I’ve eaten in almost every KFC from north to south …. But today it was my worst experience at KFC LUDHIANA JUNCTION … NO DIPS … WRONG ITEMS ….. NO REFUND ….. is this how KFC treat their customers in Ludhiana ???? …… YUKKKKKKKK …… Smokey chicken legs were like injected and taste less …. Very very bad taste … in the end … I throw it alll ……..
