Super Townhouse Eastern View formerly Vihaan Residency — Hotel in Punjab

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures shown while booking were misleading — they displayed deluxe rooms, but I had booked a classic room. On arrival, the room was nothing like the photos.

The room itself was very dirty — syrup spilled on the table, hair on the bed, and an unclean washroom. No toiletries were provided initially, and even after requesting them, it took almost two hours and repeated calls to get basic towels and toiletries. The in-room telephone didn’t work despite multiple complaints, making communication very inconvenient.

I had a horrible experience at this place I paid for 2 days and didn't stay there for 1 hour disappointed is on another level even the platform Goibibo where I've booked this hotel they weren't helped me.
