Golden Bangla hotel — Hotel in Puri

Though it's advertised as capot oyo which is supposed to be a premium segment of oyo, the experience is quite bad. The staffs are lazy and super slow with response. When we reached there was no one at the reception. After we waited for half an hour the manager showed up and took way long time to do the booking. Parking is a hassle. The staffs won't listen and extremely arrogant. The housekeeping never showed up. The hotel keeps the free toiletries supplied by oyo. Blanket was super smelly and it was super noisy everywhere. But most surprising was the manager visits your room before checking out, takes your phone for checking booking and gives themselves a five-star rating. So don't go by...

After a long gap i am able to give feedback..it doesn't deserve even one star..it's a complete waste of money and peace.staff are unprofessional.no water arrangements,even in some of rooms toilets are dirty..who ever is seeing feedback.. don't look to ratings.. what I experienced is terrible. unfortunately I don't have photos...it's not even a safe place to stay.. don't stay here..these all sites like fab hotel n triago doesn't verifying proper data..so don't book through it.. It's worst...

Great hotel good beheviour of hotel staff, great food, quality, hygienic rooms and washroom, well maintained property. Fantastic facilities Overall fantastic. The main thing which I liked was it's location as it is just 200 meters from the light house and it away from the conjusted swargodwar of puri. I liked the place it is very peaceful.
