Nesam Grand Hotel — Hotel in Rajapalayam

I stayed this hotel two days (04th jan 2023 - 06th jan 2023). Neat place, parking facility, very friendly reception staffs, awesome room (more spacious), room service avaliable in this hotel. But, the hotel security (mustache security and the short security) both persons they are really disappointing us. When ever we go outside they asking money. When we come they start asking money. An average stay, ideal for budget family for a night. They have three types of rooms viz., 2-bed AC, 3-bed AC and 4-bed AC. Rooms are spacious but needs proper maintenance and cleanliness, especially the toilets. AC and water heaters were in working condition. I stayed in a 3-bed AC room. The lift was smaller but most times was not working properly during my stay. Car parking was crampy (can accommodate about 12 cars tightly parked) but the security personnel there helps us to park properly. We didn't try out the restaurant there. 3-bed AC room costed...

We stayed in this hotel. During this period, their service is very poor and bathroom and toilets are not in good condition and not in hygienic. the person in reception are Rude in behaviour and they will charge like fish market. Don't go by outside lighting setup, and if you enter inside the hotel, it is old rooms and they haven't refurbished anything, but they will charge like 3 star hotel room.
