The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities and well-maintained spaces. The rooms are spacious, neat, and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Pathetic experience. We made a booking through Make My Trip 10 days before our stay. The amount was paid and booking was confirmed. Upon arrival, we were denied the room stating that the hotel has emailed Make My trip to cancel the booking. No email was shown, and we later realised that they wanted to give the rooms to people for 100% additional cost. For 3 hours we were at the hotel reception with no resolution from Make My Trip or the hotel. Very opportunistic, manipulative, dishonest hotel staff and owner. Please...
