On December 28th and 29th,2015( 2 nights stay) My Beau and I were staying in the hotel and whilst we were packing on our final night, after having dinner at the restaurant in the vicinity, we found out that a cash of Rs.5,000/- went missing from our backpack that was lying on the corner table of our room, we both panicked a little as we had to continue our trip to Osian safari, the next morning and that was the part of the cash we were carrying for our trip because all our Credit and Debit cards were from US banks and we thought those would might not work there. Even then we tried to keep our calm and started looking for the cash in our luggage and the other baggages we were carrying but there was no way that we could keep it somewhere else, since we were sure we kept it in the said backpack. Then we had to call the reception and asked them to see the Manager, who on listening about the incident told us that yes we do allow the staff to clean the rooms in the absence of the guests like when they are out for dinner or site seeing, and that came to us as a shock because they do come in our presence as well, so why would they come when we are not around? We asked the manager to let us see the CCTV footage of the cameras which he allowed after a while but what we saw was more shocking that the camera facing our room's lobby was not working while all the others were. And they fabricated this fact by saying that it has not been working for the last couple of days which clearly showed negligence on their part because if they knew this fact they should have got that camera fixed earlier. This doesn't end here, they even assured us to check with the staff and will also lodge an FIR about the incident and asked us to continue our trip as they will keep us informed. Unfortunately, till now, we have not received a single call from the Manager or any officer. The next month, my beau flew back to US and I myself got busy with my work. It was totally an experience that I really want to put behind me. It is not the cash that we are worried about but the experience was totally awful.

P.S. We were totally enjoying the royal ambiance and the delicious food out there but that turned into a disappointing experience when the mishap happened. I would have recommended all my friends and relatives to come and stay at Bijolai for a beautiful experience, if this incident had...

I don’t even want to give one star to this hotel but without starting with one star I can’t even review so that’s why I have to give one star to this pathetic hotel. The management is worst. I have never seen such a worst management in entire India even a one star hotel, people have a manners to talk Here the management is so pathetic Vikram Singh, Multan Singh And their so called GM Mahipat Singh .. they all are liars. We had a booking from Hossler and they kept telling us we don’t have booking cancel your booking and book from our hotel directly and pay us ₹3500 Lucky Lee Hostler service is so good that within half an hour, they resolve our problem and we got the room. we ask for a food which is very less spicy but still still they gave us most spicy food which we can’t even eat , also, in everything they were telling us this is chargeable. We ask for a dental kit in the morning. They said we don’t have dental kit because of off-season. I ask him how we will have tea and breakfast without brushing our teeth , they said it’s your problem. I requested them to give us a dental kit again and again and the guy was behaving and talking pathetically. The place is very beautiful but the management is most pathetic. Kindly don’t ever...

The person at the restaurant in the morning is so hopeless he doesn’t have manners nor soft skills to address the guests His face expressions look so constipated and rude God knows why the management has kept such a person so rude.We had asked to pack some breakfast in the morning since v had to go early by flight he had packed some sandwiches for us since our flight got delayed we decided to have breakfast and go.The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7.30 am only . Even at 8 he’s not ready to give breakfast we asked him at least make omelette and give .0ur breakfast is supposed to be complimentary with our package. He’s making a face and scolding usboth the staff were giving looks as if we have r some beggars and come asking for food .He said eat what’s packed for u.These people were acting as if they were spending their own money in giving us food.First time in life we r experiencing such a cheap behaviour in any restaurant we have visited We even offered to pay.All this happened on the day of 5 th November morning.I strongly don’t recommend this place .They claim it’s 4 star not even worth one star rooms also so much of water logging in the bathrooms Food too not all that goof very...

A very good heritage property with basic facilities. The property looks luxurious from outside but the rooms are very simple and basic. But still, since they offer the rooms at a very reasonable rate (between 3000-4,500 Rs or max 50-65$), it kind of makes up for the simplicity that they offer and is a complete value for money. It is located right next to Kaylana Lake and you get beautiful views of the lake from various points of the hotel. The food at their restaurant is very good. Staff is very courteous & helpful. For families with kids, they have a good family suit option which is like a mini apartment with 2 bedrooms, a drawing room and a kitchen. In all, the hotel is value for money. It gives you a lot of open space to stroll around and enjoy the lake and the royalty of the property. Only minus point, it is located in a slightly isolated area so commuting without taxi or your own vehicle is next to impossile.

It's one of the property of jodhpur maharaja Gaj Singh and a gem of a place to stay. It was initially with treehouse group , recently it was taken over by Golden Tulip group and his highness himself inaugrated this property on 19th September 2018. Pros : 1. Serene , calm place to stay 2. Awesome lake side view and dinner on roof top 3. Good rooms 4. Decent price(we booked 2 heritage rooms for 2 nights, 4 people, at just a total of Rs 9500 from goibibo from 30 Sept - 2 oct 18) 5. Awesome food with reasonable price 6. Proactive and friendly staff Cons : It's 5,6 kms outside main jodhpur city near kaylana lake so if you want to commute through ola uber, it might take little time as all drivers don't accept ride to and fro from this place * Book heritage room number 117 and it's adjacent room only as they have the best lake view *Go for it without any second thought

Nice & comfortable rooms, away from the hustle bustle of the city life you can rejuvenate here. Situated near the Bijolai Lake surrounded by the hills. You will feel calm and enjoy the chirping sound of the birds in the early morning. Soothing place. Good is also good. Try room with lake side view, or you can sit beside the lake which is on walking distance. You can get direct cab from the airport and railway station. There are some more natural spots which you can view near the resort like Kaylana Lake, Machia Safari Park. Staff is cooperative and well trained. They organised cultural programs during the peak season and it's worth enjoying and tell us many things about the Rich Rajasthani Culture.
