Horrible and worn down place ! Would never recommend this place for anyone to stay. No "Running Hot Water": There was no hot water available in the bathroom even during the winter season. We had to call the reception every morning for the hot water and then wait for around an hour for someone "Running" to bring "half a bucket of hot water", so that we can have a bath. Can u imagine!!! "Uncleaned Rooms": Rooms were not cleaned properly, bed sheets were dirty and filthy. Even after repeated requested to the reception, they didn't sent anyone to clean up the room for first two days of our stay and we had to bear the filthy smell and environment of the uncleaned room. Can u imagine!!! Far away from the Jaipur City: The location of this Hotel was far away from the main city, so be prepared to shell out extra bucks for the to & fro travel during the stay. Remote location means you have to finish your sight seeing or visit in the city as soon as possible so that you can get back to the hotel in time. The Worst part - "Irresponsible behavior of Front desk": The behavior of the reception staff was pathetic, they don't know how to behave with the guests. Our stay was prepaid, so on the day of our arrival everything regarding payment was cleared. During the last day of our stay, Half and hour before the checkout (i.e. at 9:30 am), I called up the reception to be ready with the paperworks/checkout formalities. But when we went to the reception (at 10am), they told that we have to pay the extra money (which was already paid to them few days back). They didn't bothered to check their account and kept on arguing, shouting and asking for money again and again. They wasted nearly an hour and a half to check their account, and we were kept standing and frustrated at the reception even after full advance payment (till 11:30 am). During this time, the lady at the reception also started misbehaving, which the male staff standing beside her advised her to behave properly. Can...
Read moreMy recent experience at Cambay Hotel was quite disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal state of the rooms. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the outdated decor and worn-out furnishings that greeted me. The room felt like it had not been renovated in years, with peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, and broken fixtures adding to the dismal atmosphere. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a persistent musty odor that permeated the space, making it difficult to relax.
Moreover, cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The bathroom appeared to have been hastily cleaned, with visible stains and hair left behind. The linens also seemed overdue for replacement, as they were frayed and threadbare.
The poor condition of the rooms overshadowed any positives the hotel may have had. While the lobby and common areas seemed well-maintained, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. It's evident that Cambay Hotel is in dire need of renovation and improved housekeeping standards to meet the expectations of its guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and...

Worst hotel to stay in Jaipur. These kind of hotels bring bad name to our wonderful cities and our country.
Better to stay in ur car if u don’t get any other place in Jaipur. The property is huge, but not being maintained. Shabby toilets, ugly corridors, haunted vibes.
The moment you enter the hotel gate u feel wowww whatta place and when u enter the lobby the vibes are bad.
The common washrooms are filthy. The showcases are broken. Negative, haunted vibes follow you till u reach the room.
The rooms are stinky with untidy washrooms.
We were looted of ₹4800 as non refundable security. We were mistaken by the grandeur in the pictures on net.
The reservation desk people sitting elsewhere have no idea about the condition of this property.
