Logistical items: you don't need to buy a head-covering, a free one is available. You will need to take off your shoes and store them in a locker and pick them up after your visit. I was impressed how efficient the shoe service was. With thousands of people visiting at once, you would expect chaos. Quite the opposite. It was efficient and I didn't have to wait in any line to get my shoes. I couldn't imagine this kind of efficiency in any other place - and I live in New York City where speed and efficiency are demanded everywhere.
