Garh Govind — Hotel in Rajasthan

I wanted to express my gratitude to Mr Jogendra Singh Rathore and Team, HOTEL GARH GOVIND ,JODHPUR for the fantastic stay arranged for the Group, which was a annual reunion of families Ex-Indian Navy personals ,35 families with Grown up children’s approx. 75 Pax in total. The comfort and familiarity of the atmosphere were exceptional at Hotel Garh Govind , Jodhpur . Mr. Rathore humble and attentive nature, along with the commendable service from the staff, is truly enjoyable and memorable. The food quality was excellent with mix of Traditional Rajasthani, Continental and Indian Cushions, and the rooms were of superb quality. A lot complimentary exceptionals like arranging Local folk and cultural concert in evening and traditional Safa ting ceremony for group pictures, Highly appreciated. We have checked in on 4th November,2018, At first sight we find this place good and attecattra. But after few hours we experience the real trouble.Here they have given 20+ rooms to one group of 50-60 students and their teachers. They all are so noisy and loud , they were playing in the lobby area. Me and my family can't sleep properly in our room. I found that there was Marriage Party in garden area. Their restorant is just horrible. We have booked our room with Breakfast and Dinner. dinner was totally dissatistactory. Breakfast time was 7 to 10 but they could serve only after 8:30. In short , this is not a resort, it's a Marriage Venue and place for bulk booking. Not for a family and for a peace loving person. Staff is untrained. They have trainee students from hotel management course. Totally disappointed by my stay and choice of this hotel. I would never recommend...

One of the worse places I've stayed at. The service is pathetic and slow, the staff is not helpful at all. While moving out of the hotel we asked one of the staff to help us with the luggage and they turned a deaf ear to our request. No in room dining service available, if you have to eat anything you'll have to go their restaurant itself, we had to swiggy most of the time as there is no room service and 24*7 restaurant. They do not provide bottled water in the room, we called for bottled water in the night and even agreed to pay for the same, no one showed up even after repeated calls and we got the bottles next day in the afternoon. They don't even have an iron machine, we had to go to another hotel for the same. The only good thing about the hotel is that the room is spacious. I will not recommend this...
