The Marugarh Resort & Spa — Hotel in Rajasthan

Worst is the word. First impression was the super confused manager (who was suspiciously asking me where r we coming from n from where n checking me out like a roadside illiterate least worried about his job n responsibility as I was standing for 20 minutes without any help outside reception with my luggage n baby)n so is his people..two utterly confused ladies were sent to pick up the heavy luggage wasting time thinking whether dey shud or shud'nt pick if yes then how....in corona times when a proper temperature check n sanitization should have been at its peak- it was NOT at all visible ..acept a hoarding with a Chinese model DAT IS IT.... room was weird dirty sheets on d bed,no dusting done since ages.when I asked for a wiper to be kept in d bathroom dey gave me a litterally poor conditioned one to me n next early morning a staff rang the bell super loud n noisy for such a small room to get that jugaadu wiper back as dey had only one in d whole resort as per the same staff.Ordered for food from the resort alacarte so with it requested the steward to get the food for the baby which I was carrying wid me to just warm it in dere microwave the rude response I got from that staff was "vo nai hoga"in the worst expected tone. Water was given to us in a broken dirtiest thermos ..phewww...clumsy...paid tea was served in the shitiest steel kettle not cleaned since years with hair in it floating.water given second time in old used kinley bottle with crumpled. body.Dharamshalas or other stays are way much better den dz overcharged pretend to be so called resort.Lacking basic needs imagine the cleaning essentials are provided on th left side instead of the right.towels and othe essentils dirtiestof what can u expect.Evidences of what I said is attached...

This place is the highlight of my 10 days road trip from Delhi to Jaisalmer and back to Delhi. I saw mixed reviews of this property before visiting, but, my personal stay here for 4 days (which was 2 days originally) made me fall in love with this serene place.

I tried really hard but I wasn't able to find anything not worth liking during these 4 days.

Outlook of this property is amazing. It is really well-maintained. Hospitality of entire staff is beyond appreciation. Special thanks to Mr. Parikshit. You will get all the listed amenities including Wi-Fi (strong and consistent), Pool, game room, a really well maintained garden, outdoor dining, delicious food, prompt room service, swings in garden, playground for kids, ample parking and the list goes on..

We ran into an unfortunate incident right before arriving here and our checkout got delayed to night due to it. The reception staff acted accordingly with the right pulse sensing and acted with empathy accordingly. By next morning, every staff member was aware of the situation and made every possible effort to made us feel at home and safe.

They not only helped us with local contacts to mitigate our problem but made sure that me and family were safe during our entire stay. IN my personal experience, NO hotel/resort staff extend their hospitality to such extent.

I am really grateful and thankful to Marugarh resort staff and will be looking forward to visit this...
