First of all they cheated us on price Took 7000 per room per night 2 Lift wasnt working. Electricity issues. Unhygeinic and small rooms The bathroom was stinking like a gutter for full three days. 6 staff was polite but some of them didnt even take a bath Owner is not interested in comfort of guests. He is making merry somewhere on our money while guests are paying high prices and getting the amenities of a roadside dharamshala. With that price you can get room in ramada at juhu beach. It is a bad choice and the owner is a cheater. They didnt have enough towrls. Bedsheets. They didnt provide dental kit. No room freshner or bathroom freshner. Exhaust fan didnt work. There were spider web in rooms. Swimming pool was filthy .Only thing acceptable was politebess of staff. Nothing else is. Please don't book this hotel just by looking at the pictures. They are very deceptive. Starting with the room, they are very small in size and not maintained at all. There were bugs on bed, the pillow covers had stains on them, the bedsheet was smelly and the paint on the walls was coming off. The internet doesn't work in the room nor does telephone line in the room. Due to location near the mountain the cellular network is worse. Coming to the breakfast apart from tea and toast everything else was really bad. I recommend not to book the stay here. The room pricing is high and absolutely not worth spending the amount. I recently stayed for 1 day and night, I would suggest not to go at this place, it will spoil your vacation. Pool was so dirty that, we can not even touch the water, rooms were also too small. Furthermore, choice of food was also too less and If you order any food item twice they will change the quality of food to worst and they tell themselves a 3 star hotel, i don't think they should get this much stars. They take such a hefty amount from the guest but do not provide services and amenities comparatively.
