Good property with some hiccups(issues) at every place. Pros: Their swimming pool was good. Clean Place. Clean Rooms. Clean Banquet Hall. Cons: Their service staff is test of your patience, where it is room service, food service they are very slow. Its our family get together so best part we enjoyed amongst us only. Rest every one is fed up of their slow service Because of Resort approach they are getting good number of traveller's but looks no one satisfied. Negotiate with them as much as possible because their corporate office or reception Har choti chij ka bada paisa demand karenge on later stage so on initial stage negotiate and include karwao sab chije as what they quoted to us is not that worthy. Room mein worst part hot or cold mixture tap mein ya toh dono side garam pani hi dega ya fir thanda which is pain. So their management have to consider this review as improvement. we were 45 members approx and possible no one will give them good rating only 5-6 kids because of space to play will give them good rating. The sales representative lady will make sure that you book a room there, she will try each and every trick to make that sure. ( I can share the chats and recordings)

They will not provide you a bill.

We booked a room with one extra mattress. But they didn't provided as she said its not included in this price of 1500. Earlier she asked me 3000 for that room
