Horizon Resort-Feel of The Nature — Hotel in Rajasthan

Few incidents would like to mention and you can decide yourself accordingly:

1. Room checking got delayed for 2 hours and room changed at the last moment. Frustrating, right?

2. We had to walk to the hotel's kitchen ourself multiple times to collect water bottles, spoon/plates etc because everything was taking tooo long, so we thought it's better to go and collect ourselves like we do at home... but unfortunately we were doing this in HOTEL where people go for pampering and comfort

Not sure if this due to lack of staff or something but everything appears unmanageable

Summary: Service #1/5 Cleaning# 4/5 Room quality and look# 4.5/5 Location and view # 4/5

(However, no matter if you are sleeping in a gold plated luxury Bed, If services are not good. Period.)

It's not that I will only write negative points even I avoid writing anything bad because it connects lot of people working there. However, This is what it is.

People go such places (Hotel/Resort) for comfort and rest... not to walk to the kitchen downstairs to collect water bottles and...

Food options are not good and taste wise also not worth it. Too loud due to a private function about which the hotel staff never informed us. Wifi speed absolutely pathetic, keeps getting disconnected. TV never switched on. Rude reception staff - try for yourself. We checked out within 1 hour of checking in.

Pros - exterior, location, free parking.

If you can handle these issues then it's fine or else there are much better...

I booked and confirmed through Agoda with option to pay direct. Recieved email confirming from Hotel direct. I drove 6hrs from Udaipur arrived at hotel to be informed that they cancelled my reservation. They did not even bother to inform and left my family stranded looking for a place to stay.
