⛔WARNING! VERY TOXIC PLACE! ⛔
The owner drincs alcohol every night. Every night house is full of shady, drunk people. Me as a lady did not feel safe there. Owner can be very charming from the first side, but all he wants is your money. He doesnt care about long time connections.
We had deal that I am going to rent a house for long term, at least 9 months. But after 1 month suddenly at night he said I need to check out after 2 weeks because he is selling the house. I was so stressed for 2 days, and after 2 days I spoke to his wife and she told me he is not selling the house, he just was drunk and angry that I politely asked neghbours to make less noise.
Then I stayed for 2 weeks more, even after that situation I realized I can not call this place my home.
Then suddenly lots of owners indian friends came, and they smoked in front of my room. I told Pramod that I have a headache and asked him to smoke in the other area. He said that if I do not like something I can change the house any time, because money I pay is very less and he doesnt care how I feel, he is interested more in short term tourists that come fore one night and pay 10 times more.
Same night they had a party on the rooftop, they were very loud and drunk. When I slept, one of male guests run into my room, and I was very scared! I dod not talk to Pramod about this, because we had this conversation about sigarettes before.
Then at 2 a.m. he started shouting just in fro t of my door! I asked him to have some respect and be more quiet, and he said that he want me to checkout during one day. Next day I left.
I wouldn't recommend this place for people, whos values are mostly good energy and nice human...
Read moreThe Wall ♥️ (Wish you were here) I already heard a lot before visiting this place and it is up to the mark what i was expecting even more. We (me and my friends) planned only 1 day trip but extended our trip into 4 days because of several reasons :
1.The mountain and flower fields view is really awesome even though we hardly use our room in order to feel every second of natural view. 2.The environment created by Mr. Pramod Ji (owner) in the cafe is remarkable with various paintings and around 450+ plants. 3.We got a healthy environment where we cooked anything in the kitchen from available raw material. And pramodji's presence acts as a catalyst.. We were also very cautious about the kitchen layout and washed our dish plates too whenever we felt, which is not mandatory at all. Rooms are really nice and equipped with all the essentials, with a nice balcony view. We played a lot of songs on the cafe's speaker without any intrruption. Last but not the least, the library in which i spent almost 5 hours , explored some great books and rested too. Hopefully my Review acts as another brick in the wall. This was the best unplanned short trip of my life and i highly recommend you visit this place if you plan your trip in pushkar. Pramod ji is a great personality and after meeting him I'm thinking about my retirement plan.
See you soon...
Read moreWe've stayed there for a month. Instantly feeling the connection and being dearly welcomed by the whole family. Appu (the owner) is a lovely man with great sense of humour and wit. You will definitely enjoy his company.
We rented one of the rooms with amazing view over the mountains and huge windows heading towards the east. So for a month every morning we would wake up with the sun gently tickling our faces. Location is just about perfect. A bit outside of the city but still a very walkable distance with great options for walks in the nature where you can find solitude that we all need so much at times, being in India.
As we've stayed for a month we could also use kitchen facilities allowing us to save some money and make breakfasts or cook some healthy dinners with flavours we wouldn't find otherwise.
The house itself also has a rooftoop cafe filled with plants and a swimming pool. So a lot of reasons to stay. Great place for a couple. If we come back to Pushkar we will try our best to stay...
