I must admit that my experience was far from satisfactory. I believe it is essential to provide constructive feedback to help improve your services, so here are some points that I feel need urgent attention:

Basic Toiletries: Shockingly, my room lacked even the most basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. This is a fundamental expectation for any hotel and was a significant inconvenience during my stay.

Wi-Fi Connectivity: In today's connected world, Wi-Fi is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Unfortunately, the absence of a reliable Wi-Fi connection hindered both my work and leisure activities during my stay.

Cleanliness:Clean linens and towels, as well as a clean washroom, are non-negotiable aspects of a hotel stay. Regrettably, my room did not meet these standards, and it was apparent that cleanliness had not been a priority.

Geyser Functionality: A working geyser is crucial for a comfortable stay, especially after getting exhausted. The absence of this basic amenity made my night uncomfortable.

Mattress Quality:A comfortable mattress is essential for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the mattress in my room left much to be desired, and I had trouble getting a restful night's sleep.

Dustbin: Even the most basic of accommodations should provide a dustbin in the room for convenience. Its absence was puzzling and inconvenient. There was one dustbin for the whole floor.

Limited Breakfast: While I understand that some hotels offer limited breakfast options, the choices available during my stay were exceedingly limited, and the quality left much to be desired.

Most pathetic hotel ever seen.

If a hotel can be rated below 1, it should be done for this hotel.

Smelly rooms, Empty reception desk, No intercom replies, No drinking water provided, No Toiletries provided and the best part of the visit is, non staff people are attending guest at reception desk and showering abuses to the guest if they complain about anything.

It would be a nightmare, if anyone booked a room here...

The hotel rooms are in terrible condition. The rooms are dirty, smelly, and extremely uncomfortable. I even found insects roaming around, which made the stay unbearable. The toilets are just as bad—unclean, smelly, and poorly maintained. Overall, the hygiene and upkeep of this place are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not...
