Booked this hotel from cleartrip for one night stay 25-09-21, 7:15 pm checkin and checkout 26-09-21, 6:45 am and pay rs 1512 for non ac room. cleartrip order id 2116324909089713. Cleartrip partner id 210924477930. My room no. Is 11. Any one can check my present in hotel register/ cctv camera and on cleartrip. Room, paint, double bed, toilet, gate approx 50 year old, 14 inch crt tv install in room. This type of hotel charge only max Rs 300. After my comment on this hotel. Hotel manager reply me. Your are not staying in my hotel. I have also some photograph and gst bill for prove. I was stay in this hotel. He is showing photographs of ac room but providing me 50 year old room. As per hotel policy tawal Chadar and shop is not allowed for non ac room in rs 1512. Room window always open any one can see you out side the room photograph also attached. Room window you can not closed by curtain because wind of coolar also stop. Hotel person on reception saying me today is reet exam so we are charging 4 times money. BAD EXPERIENCE with this Hotel. I have booked this hotel for 3 nights for a Family Trip to Visit the beauty of Kota & surroundings. But I have to Leave this in One Night and the receptionist to whom I told about this said only 2 words "No Problem". He didn't ask me why I am leaving Hotel in One night. It Spoiled my whole Trip, as well as my Budget too. I think its his duty to satisfy his customers and if he can't, then at least He could ask the customer about reason behind leaving the Hotel in One Night who have booked 3 night stay. I booked hotel on mmt. In July with no ventilation of total hotel, akbar era's services, bed glass broken, high temperature and high humidity you can feel hell. May be your security compromise, I spent night with full of fear if you have ladies. One thing I see on Google that most of local guide mentioned 5 star. Unable to understand how???? If you want to spent hotel spent some more bucks, otherwise sleep on railway station is better than here. Yes cost effective is ,I booked 2 non ac room in 1600 for 4 guests. If possible search ventilated rooms rather than this 12 feet hotel width. They provide me drinking water in used bottle in complement.
