Hotel Kiran Villa Palace — Hotel in Rajasthan

GOOD points: We six ladies visited bharatpur on 28/01/19. We checked in at night 9.30 pm. The rooms were good and sufficient warm blankets were provided.It was very cold outside, nearly 7" c. The location of hotel is near to highway. But we had a calm and quiet sleep as there was almost no noise of highway traffic. Dinner was ok. good point was that it was served hot. We felt that it was safe place to stay. The bathrooms were clean.The service of blankets and bedsheets was prompt. There were almost no mosquitoes or flies.||||BAD points: Diner was spicy and oily. very less options were available for food in this hotel. The food is not tasty.Next day morning breakfast was not good. Poha was tasteless. the service was not prompt. Whatever we ordered came after a long time and that too very cold. There was no soap in bathroom. The towels were not so clean.||The major point to mention was that the maager wanted the payment in cash which we did not have. We told him that we can pay by credit card or debit card or online transfer. but he was not ready. He was not ready to give access to his computer for online transfer. He told that there was extra charge of 2% for credit card payment, which we disagreed. We told that there is no such charge by bank for credit card payment in mumbai and even we use credit card at grosary shop without any hassle. Final we told him that we can not carry so much cash and we will pay online when we reach next destination. Then he agreed to accept payment by debit card. second we ordered few paratha as a pack lunch. All paneer and aloo parathas were horribly tasted and we ate as much needed and rest paratha we gave away. These paratha were exorbitantly costly and we neither got value for money nor enjoyed the taste.||overall experience : if u get another calm hotel with tastee food, prefer. otherwise this is ok...

I could not find a lot of positive to rate this hotel more. Since reaching the hotel I only faced issues: No separate parking in the hotel. The entrance itself is kind of skewed and your have to drive few meter in reverse to get into the short gali and find a place by your own for the vehicle. Entrance to the hotel is not very welcoming. No way any 3 start catagory. I was given a 4 bedded (suit) room for 4 adults but found the beds are not ready while entering the room. 2 sofas are made makeshift bed after lot of followup. Room service was extremely poor. The dinner took almost 1.5 hours to be served only 4 dishes including roti). Also dinner is not upto the mark with Fried Rice full of soya sauce and chilli chicken being stale. The TV Tata Sky was not working and after 1 hr of followup the owner reluctantly recharge it to run till midnight only. It stopped after exactly an hour. I dont bother to distrub again. The room is full of mosquitoes. Need to literally spread odomos and sleep. I was promised a high end cycle for the tour to the Keoladeo Park but only to my surprise I was told in morning that the hotel only has 2 cycle for rent which was taken by guest a day before only. All fake promotional promises given to me during booking.

I could not find any good point on the hotel (took 4k plus taxes for a night stay) except a smooth checkout (beware - card machine not working) and decent lunch (650 a plate of chicken curry) My Rating :...

Cheat of the Highest Order..||We had booked one room online through Agoda for Rs. 2000. We wanted to extend our stay by another day so we called up and asked them if we should book it online again or whether they would give us at the same rate .. Pawan Kumar , The Manager , told us over the phone that he would.. We agreed to the same as we thought that if we are getting at the same rate , how does it matter . Little did we know that Pawan Kumar would not turn out to be a man of his words.. later on during check out, he minced his words and told us that he is only charging us what Agoda pays him which turned out to be Rs. 2500. It is not a matter of RS. 500 but how he tried and duped us.. He very well knew our predicament and was not at all apologetic|||Overall the hotel is a decent property with good/big rooms and they have a decent sitting area downstairs outside.|||Apart from the staff and service, we did not face any problem.. Another problem we faced was during dinner one of the nights when we were getting refused what we wanted to order for dinner even though we order before 10 pm even though their last order time is 10 : 30 pm.. Again the staff was quite rude including the one taking the order.. Being in hospitality and catering to a lot of foreign tourists, I hope some basic training is provided to Mr. Pawan Kumar and his minions.. |||Food is okay and not much to...
