City Spice Dosa Factory — Restaurant in Rajasthan

As thr are not many good food option in Bharatpur, had to settle down for this. It was late afternoon & most restaurants were closed or over occupied.

The order took huge amount of time to arrive, and the surprising part was it was already cold. Dhosa getting cold losses it's taste. Though there is good number of choice, but all item not available (like

Chach was good, so was plain dhosa. Only the red garlic chutney was good, rest both sambar & coconut chutney were not good.

Interesting choice was pizza dhosa, it's something ppl can try. The spl uttapam was full of kaju & kismis - who does that in name of spl? Uttapam was hard like pizza base

Overall the chef needs training in...

We ordered Soya Chap, Spring rolls, honey chilli potato in starters they tasted amazing and the flavour was really good. For main course we ordered Mutter Paneer and Malai Kofta with Missi roti and naan. Rotis were really soft and well baked. Mutter Paneer tasted really delicious as well. Malai kofta on other hand was lacking in flavour and also had a rose scent in it which was not upto the mark. Food quantity was ok quality was good and prices are moderate. This place lacks both fresh food and hygiene. We ordered mix uttapam and mysore dosa, both were made out of stale batter and the sambar and chutneys served with it were bland and too salty respectively. When asked the server about the freshness about the food, they stated that they taste test all their food.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to their restaurant as they lack the basics and even courtesy of rectifying the errors. In the end i was sad to leave the food as there was suspicious of freshness...
