Ozaki Desert Camp Jaisalmer — Hotel in Rajasthan

Tl dr; Absolute scam, bad service quality/ rude staff members/false advertising

Booked luxury tents, the rooms were spacious, toilets were clean, but the issue was there was no water. There was frequent power cuts but to their credit there was a power generator. No locks no water,

IMPORTANT They actually don't have any facilities like dinning or cultural hall and instead use the nearby Dessert Safari Camp, so be ready to walk few 100 m for them. Also the camp is behind the dessert safari camp and is not at the location advertised. It's little more into the remote location.

I was called by them like 10 times and was told them to go to their center that is located in middle of city, what they call is "Vouchers", even tho the camp was paid. They called me so many times and finally I just went to their camp instead. To my horror they started bugging me about the vouchers even before giving my room. They didn't even help me get the luggage onto hotel. I booked safari from local place and costed me 2000 for 4 people and they were charging me 4500 per person. When they got to know I didn't use their service they became even more rude and started blaming me for not using their services.

One of the worst hospitality!!! Irresponsible owner. we booked the tent in dessert, safaris (jeep and camel), paragliding and quad bike through him. Neither paragliding or quad were satisfactory with none lasting for the duration we were informed at the time of booking and payment. For quad biking we were told that there would be a 200m training and then a 2km self ride which was totally false as the ride was small and I hardly got to self operate. The tent facilities were disgraceful with us being rushed to do things such as stopping music, lights at night to checkout following morning. I highly suggest not to book above things in advance as pictures...

It was the worst desert camp I have seen,first of all it is incomplete under construction fake pics were shown on net next the washroom were in very bad condition leaking and smelling bad, And they will watsapp you after your booking to collect coupons for activities from their city office and when you go there they will loot you on by telling you that you will not get this activities there so beware and book your activities on the spot it will cost one fifth of their cost so never book this tenta betteryou come back and stay...
