Royal Heritage Haveli Udaipur — Hotel in Rajasthan

Worst . Waste of time and money.

Note that it's not a haveli, nor a heritage and not a single thing like royal . Don't be fool by property photos else you will be like hey bhagvan kaha fas gaya main. It's feel like hostel and single lady warden is taking care and running from top to bottom. You will get big no for all your questions and services.

Don't pay in advance else you will be in a hell and helpless to move to other hotel.

This hostel is out of city and in a village so if anything happen then no one come to help you. Be prepare for emergencies.

Blunder is No light electric powerbackup. We caught in dark whole night with no fan , no light . After so much drama from other rooms finally generator arranged at 11.30pm.but not worked for all rooms and not upto morning..

Rooms are smelly and changed 3 rooms in same property in one night , due to gutter odour coming due to drainage issues, fixture and taps no working.

No reception, if you need something in room. Just walk to reception and beg if you want. Even you need water just go and get it. If you need warm water in bathoom then go to reception and call auntie ji. And make sure to take bucket from your room😏

No security guard, No service boy , no food maker, no cleaner, no technician. Only one lady handling with one person. If you complain it then doctor lady and her mother come to arguments.

Swimming pool is just a water tank to get some photos if you want.

Kitchen is dirty and no cleaning at all. Food maker is from near village and full of dirty Ness.. if you are hygienic then don't eat else doctor bulana padega. Limited option paratha and poha only.

You can see attached photos to prove we are at same place. Better to take some 1 star room in a city instead of booking here with heavy price and hell of efforts to reach this property (out of city). If you are spending 2500 per night without breakfast then better to find other better option in city .

After this review property owner will argue and provide excuses. I will warn them to Do not reply on this review else I will put consumer case as during stay all things recorded with all videos and recordings of other guests with 2 days. Infront of so many guest fought and left hotel. Police case many happened that night but guest left as they have got money return, but not to everyone.

We wasted our hard money and no shame to lady owner for asking money during checkout. Whole night without power , without water. Finally we Simply neglected as lady is helpless bcoz they don't have manpower.

Do not come here at this bhutto ko haveli and will waste your precious time...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Royal Heritage Haveli, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. Several issues arose during my stay, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated.

Firstly, the rooms had a persistent foul smell resembling a drainage system, which permeated throughout the night. It was an unpleasant and intolerable situation that made it impossible to enjoy my stay or get any rest.

Adding to the discomfort, there were frequent power outages throughout my time at the hotel. These disruptions were inconvenient and disrupted my plans. Considering the amount I paid for the accommodation, I expected a more reliable and uninterrupted power supply.

Furthermore, the photos displayed on Google were highly misleading. The actual appearance of the rooms and the overall atmosphere did not match what was advertised. It was clear that the photos had been edited or were taken under misleading lighting conditions. This misrepresentation was a significant letdown and undermined the trust I had placed in the establishment.

Additionally, I was billed for an extra bed that was never provided to me. This blatant oversight, coupled with the other issues I encountered, made me question the integrity and professionalism of the hotel's management.

Overall, my stay at the Royal Heritage Haveli was marred by the persistent smell in the rooms, frequent power outages, misleading photos and the failure to provide the extra bed. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. It's important for potential guests to be aware of these issues and consider alternative accommodations that prioritize customer...

The manager called me now(15th, june 2023, 1:53pm) and asked me why I wrote bad reviews. A kind of threatening. So, I said you asked for extra charges for early check-in, as your hotel policy so we didn't stay there and got other hotels with much better options. For early check-in he asked for 500rs extra. As if their hotel is always full and only 1 hotel in all over Udaipur. I don't feel like giving even one star. We booked the room for 1348rs per night. When we went to check in. The person was ready for the check in process and i was giving the id details. Then he asked me to pay the full amount in cash. I said we don't carry cash we can pay online. He said.. then we have to pay tax it seems. Meanwhile, he called up his owner and asked. Then the owner said that usually the room rent is 2000rs and it's an early check in so we have to pay 2500rs it seems.. then i said we are travelling far and long journey so we'll be checking out early in the morning. Why do I have to pay extra for a few hours??? And why did they give misinformation in online booking? Such a money minded person. Never ever book this hotel by seeing Google and online booking. It misguides.. the photos are all edited. It looks like a huge and big property but in reality it's tiny. In the swimming pool.. hardly 5 people can go. It's just in the entrance... Not comfortable at all. Thank God 🙏🏻 we didn't stay there. Saved from scam and fraud. We booked some other hotels. What i wrote is my opinion and experience... who the hell he is to call me and threaten me??? I have the right to express...
