The entire villa is very well maintained with all modern basic amenities and can comfortably accommodates a group of 16 people at a time. It is centrally located in a premium posh locality with easy approach to tourist attractions.One could definetly have a good time with family & friends here. Most of time, the villa is quiet and peaceful. A good connectivity to the airport, railway station, and local transport.The hosts are extremely generous and understanding. There are 5 bedrooms with 5 attached bathrooms. All the rooms are clean and big in size with all the basis amenities. It has a private garden, 2 private terrace and the neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxing. It's entire place is available for families, friends or for reunions.The owners stay in the same premises but that is out of bounds for the guests and owners residence is situated in the back side of the villa.The Royal Heritage Villa offers Free WiFi, complimentary breakfast and hygienic Washrooms.The entire villa will only be booked if there are about 8+ guests or all five rooms are booked by the single group of guests. This is one of the best place to stay if you are a large group of people (Around 10-20), looking forward to stay in Udaipur in Airbnb. The place was huge, like literally huge, having total 5 fully equipped air conditioned room, massive living room, two terrace area and a big garden. The care taker, Kesar ji was really helpful and a good person. The owner of the place Chandra, helped us a lot and was very cooperative as well. There are only two con points which can be ignored, it's a bit inside the old city, so road lanes are very narrow for cars and the hall is not having air conditioner, but still good air flow. I had to visit Udaipur with my family to attend a friend's wedding. Having used to holiday rentals, we thought of trying the same in udaipur. I am pleased to say that the experience was very positive.Its a nice homely enviornment. The homemade dinner was superb!.The host and his family were very friendly and accommodating and extending all the help and assistance we could want. Since, we were there not for sightseeing but to attend a wedding, they understood that we would be coming back late. They made all the necessary arrangements for us.
