After ten days of continuos travel during the chardham tour in the month of May this hotel was fully enjoyed by kids. The food was a treat for them as they were getting every delicacy listed on the menu delivered to their rooms. The room service was excellent right from assisting in setting our luggage to fulfilling the wishes of kids; courteous, helpful and lively. At many occassions they even refused to accept any tip. Rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained. Except for some minor ongoing repair works which was already pointed out to us(as the property was being renovated) and we accepted it with courteous apologies from the staff. Hotel lobby, waiting area, dining hall cum restaurant are well maintained. Food we had for dinner was great, I will recommend the paneer dishes. Complimentary breakfast was even more delighting. Went here today for official dinner today for four people. We had ordered tomato soup, hakka noodles, dahi kabab, chicken tikka, kashmiri pulav and gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream.

Everything tasted bad compare to the price except for the veg biryani. Tomato soup they had gave use packet soup in the name of fresh one and we complained about it that it's not tasting good so they gave us another but charged us for both despite not consuming the first one. Dahi kabab tasted nothing like dahi. Chicken tikka had artificial color and was very hard. I hate to waste food but couldn't help it.

In the name of icecream they gave us one tea spoon of fully liquid icecream on top of gulab jamun for 110 bucks each.

It was totally abandoned and nobody visits it seemed like. AC was not working and it was very hot. There are only two fans at distance. Washrooms were dirty and smelly.
