SPOT ON Chandra's Residence — Hotel in Rishikesh

I had stayed for 1 night in a non AC room at Chandra's Residence in the month of June 2022. Had an early flight to catch the next day and I found it close to Dehradun airport. Pros - Close to airport, smooth check in typical OYO room, budget friendly hotel, towels, soaps, water was provided, had room service, good options for veg. and non veg food, food tasty, customer service was good, provided whatever was requested. Cons - No TV, room could be cleaner, there were insects (probably with farms around), no geyser, however, since the weather was fairly warmer, was not a big issue. I would recommended this hotel if you are looking at a budget hotel...

For travellers who are having flights next day morning or the same day night, this hotel is a budget-friendly one. I myself booked the hotel for my flight next day morning, and the plan worked very well. I got a good night's sleep. The window view is superb. I was lucky to see a double rainbow on that day after a drizzle. The hotel however seemed to be new one with limited amenities, like the TV was not working, there were naked wires which showed they were still working on it. But over-all it's a nice hotel. I recommend it...

We booked room through agoda as we got an offer and paid through online while checkin we found that we booked only for 1 pax .but as hotel denied for 2nd person and said they can give any room as we paid through hotel even at reception also they forced as to show our original od for both.. Room condition was pathetic no amenities, dirty linin , tv was also not working , unhygienic, room was not cleaned. After 1st night now they forced us to check out from the room.
