Hotel O by OYO DEL-MOCA — Hotel in Rohini

This was the worst hotel i have seen in my lifetime. No TV, dirty room, insects on bed and bathroom, no bucket and mug in bathroom, flush not working. Booking was for three people and they provided with double bedroom and i was told to book another room for third person. Manager not answering call. Atleast provide the facility what you are describing in app. Or atleast maintain cleanliness. No lock n key. So do i have to buy lock n key before I go out. V v v bad room. Atleast provide the facility what you have told before or don't comment. And should pay special attention towards maintaining hygiene. V v v v bad experience. Will never choose Oyo...

Worst room ever visited by OYO Wall plasters are broken, there are gutka spits on walls TV not working, worst washroom Gutka spits in wash basin very dirty toilet seat even not flushed all the things are in the toilet flush not working when i call to change the room they said no more rooms are available. The worst part reception boy just came into my room even without knocking. When i came to reception table to talk about behaviour he just smoking behaving very badly. Strictly not recommended not safe for couples. Not expect service like this OYO. Don’t understand why OYO doesn’t blacklist properties...

I have no option for 0 star orelse i would have given that , trash hotel with trash staff , i booked with Oyo for 2 days , room was dirty with dirty bedsheets , washroom with leaking water everywhere , ac doesn't work and when you ask them , they tell it is like this if you want to leave then leave and this Oyo customer service next useless service they cant help their customers all they know is loot them and i have been in talks with them for 3 days and everyday they ask me the concern and put me on hold for 30 mins , sad , just...
