Hotel SSENSSE — Hotel in Rohini

Hello everyone cheers 🥂 for Hotel Ssensse. It was awesome stay for 3 days. I booked this hotel from Agoda and it was reasonable price. The staff is so cooperative.

First of all I want to thanks to the owner of the hotel because when I reached hotel the room was not ready because previous guest does not check out at time so for the time they allot me other room which used for staff meeting. The front desk officer he promise me that 6:00 pm he will allot me the room.

At exactly 6:00 pm he come to me and help me to get my stuff to other room. He was very friendly and apologies for inconvenience.

After that I face some issue with the bed so instent resolution was give and allotted me other room.

Room service was also awesome. Just a call they are at your door step.

Cleaning service 10 out of 10.

They also have a dining as restaurant name phulka ❤️. My favourite was Chinese plater.

Good thing is they allow you to order food from outside. No restriction.

Hotel was clean and the area is quiet and good location. Family hotel.

worst experience, wont recommend it if you're alone just for few hours (I.e. 1 night). Rooms are unhygienic, walls had spot of gutka spit, white tiles of washroom are yellow and that not have tooth kit, towel, shampoo or proper packed soap. when i asked for towel they said we dont have now will give you in morning, when i asked about tooth kit they said we dont give, shampoo? sorry mam, they gave me a room which bedsheet was used stinky. room was dirty like hell. whole night noise of talk was there, i was not able to get proper sleep. unpleasant disgusting. seems like they are living in the world where women only comes to hotel with their partner (they asked me lot of time about sir). I was there for exam, i didnt get basic stuff(even sleep) would be better if stay overnight at railway guestroom which would have saved...
