Rajdharam Restaurant and banquet — Restaurant in Delhi

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through Swiggy but needed to cancel it immediately. I called the restaurant directly and politely requested them to help cancel it from their end to avoid cancellation charges, especially since the fees are charged to the customer, not the restaurant.

Despite being a regular customer who visits monthly and living nearby, they outright refused to help. I even suggested they mark the item as unavailable so it would get auto-cancelled, but they kept giving excuses like “we don’t have the option.” It felt like they were more focused on keeping the payment than helping a loyal customer.

In the end, I lost ₹375, didn’t receive the food, and got zero support. Very poor customer service and no sense of goodwill. It's disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over basic decency and long-term relationships. I won’t be ordering from or visiting this place again.

Dear All It's an humble request to you please don't ever go to this place or order them ..... Worst ever experienced... Really Shameless Owner and Staff people.. They served food having Cockroach.. Rice served was pathetic. As we have started complaining the owner he has started Abusing and Misbehaving along with his Son and drunken Staff. These people really don't have right to run this hell place which does know hospitality and humanity values.

In Openly Owner said Police humara kuch nahi bigaad Sakti kar lo Jo hota ho..... I really feel depressed how these people are just playing with our life's..
