Hotel Ram Saroj Palace — Hotel in Sagar

I recently booked this place for 28th Aug 2021 (29Aug 12pm check-out), through call. On the phone I talked to Mr. RAM and he offered Rs 1500 for a double occupancy and said I am giving you Rs1900 room in that. He mentioned we have complimentary pick and drop facility within 6 Km distance. I tried a little bargain and we agreed on Rs 1400 including taxes and a drop at Sagarshree hospital which is 7.4Km from there hotel). Meanwhile I checked Rs 1900 room of this hotel including taxes which are "super deluxe" category as per goibibo. I deboarded from train at 3AM on 29th aug and reached hotel through their omni cab. When I reached, Mr. DEVESH showed me a so called "deluxe room" on third floor (which was actually there standard room as per goibibo -190 sq foot). He was trying to convince that this is the deluxe room which they talked about. When I said that Ram told me that he will give me Rs 1900 room then he showed me one room on ground floor with Indian pot (I was traveling with my senior citizen dad) which he was referring as "super deluxe". I showed him the pictures on the site and he started arguing, this all was happening @3Am when I just need the room for 6-7 hrs. He was an absolute pathetic person. I said forget it I am going to spend the night in the first shown room.

I checked out @11AM and Mr RAM was on the desk. I asked him is there is any super deluxe room on the ground floor, to which he replied No, so basically Mr Devesh was lying about it. Then I asked Ram why I was given a standard room, to which he said it was deluxe. I showed him Rs 1900 room photos on the goibibo, to which he said it do not include taxes. I showed him again, Rs1923 including taxes of that super deluxe room. He was completely ignoring and one more reception person was just asking for the money. I paid complete Rs 1400 in the bill they mentioned 29th aug 3Am-12pm, (which should be 28aug-29aug).

Everyone was a liar in that hotel, I will not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. They will first fool you with the room names and when you will reach there in middle of night, with no where to go, they will give a pathetic room.

In morning I had to wait for 45 mins just for their cab person to arrive.

In this money I could have stayed in hotel Paradise which was giving standard room double...

Booked this hotel for 6 days and then realized my mistake, bathroom stinks badly, shower was not working, poor room service, poor hotel staff behavior, waiter boys chewing GUTKHA during customer interaction, food is worst, cutlery in which they serve is very dirty, very pathetic experience, doore lock not working it takes 10 to 15 min to lock door and cleaning will be done only when you ask for it other wise no one will come to ask you, sir can i clean your room. They only come to ask you or call you for food order.
