I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel due to the appalling behavior of the manager. Their rude and unprofessional attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. If there was negative star rating, I could have given it.

Even after request, room for driver was not allotted. The Towel in the room was left wet even after room cleaning. When the matter was taken up at the reception, the person sitting there was rude and replied that we are not your servants. Cockroach all over the room.

Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing any assistance. My stay was bad by this encounter, and I would caution anyone considering staying here to think twice before booking. We stayed there as all other good hotels were booked because of prime minister's visit.
