Hotel Shivlok International — Hotel in Satna

I have not seen such a pathetic hotel and service in my life I have been a frequent traveller and use to travel and stay a lot Food : Pathetic food with no taste ,the breakfast is horrible ,ordered 4 times all waste , lastly ordered biscuits and tea

Room : Rooms stinks like hell, with no AC working in most of the rooms , bed sheet stinks , commode stinks and water spilled over in bathroom

Service: pathetic , waiters doesn't have manners to talk , taking order from one person and flips in a second if called by any other customer , very ugly attire and looks like doesn't has a bath from 3-4 days Manager : Kamal , doesn't have clue what's happening in the hotel he only nod his face and say ho jayega but nothing happens Overall a pathetic stay and I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and...

Overall experience was average. While the rooms and hotel look and feel was good, the service and maintenance were below average.

The rooms and beds were clean and we'll kept. But the issue was the bathroom camod. Which was not clean at all. On top of that, the comod flush stopped working and they were not able to fix the issue. But instead of giving as a new room, we were told to use the lobby bathroom. Which is completely unprofessional.

Even the lift stopped working in the middle of the day, and there was no one available to carry our luggage down...

It was a very fantastic experience because every room having A.C , big led Samsung Android plasma T.V , toilet and shaver area are separate and very clean with handwash,lotion,soap etc and 2 single bed and sofa ( and you can ask for joint bedroom also) you can call 📞 to reception and restaurant and also food is very very tasty restaurant have good service and more & more
