SVS FOOD — Restaurant in Satna

Visited Sis Food, Satna and ordered a beverage called “Mango Mountain”, expecting a refreshing mango-based drink, especially for my two kids who were eagerly waiting for it. But to our shock, it was nothing more than a sweet lemonade with absolutely no mango flavour. The product name is highly misleading and deceptive.

My kids were so disappointed after tasting it that they refused to drink it at all. It was frustrating to see their excitement turn into disappointment because of such dishonest naming.

When we contacted the outlet to express our concern, the staff behaved rudely and gave an unsatisfactory response, showing no interest in addressing customer feedback. Their arrogant attitude was more disappointing than the product itself.

Using flashy names to sell basic items and ignoring customer concerns is a bad practice. I urge the management to reconsider how they present their products and teach their staff how to communicate respectfully.

Ordered so much more and forgot to take pictures. I have tried their veg loaded pizza, aloo tikki burger, stuffed garlic bread and cold coffee. After Dominos (which is my favorite place for pizza and Choco lava and ofcourse their oregano), SVS makes the best pizzas in town. They really tried to replicate the McDonald's aloo tikki burger and I would say it wasn't a fail. I really liked the cold coffee, I mean the coffee, the sugar, the thickness, everything was perfectly balanced. It is a very budget friendly place. I also spotted Choco lava for 50/- and I'm gonna try that next time. Definitely visiting this place more often. A suggestion is it would be great if they could make more...

They have changed places and now and are serving great food. It is best place to have a quick bite and they have the best burgers in Satna. Their fries are also good. I would suggest anyone to come and take a bite they will love it. I would suggest to have a burger. Their service is quick mostly, but it's a new outlet so I hope they maintain the quality of food and service. UPI payment is available here. The only problem is that there is no place for for sitting and chilling out. There are a few tables so if you are in a hurry you can take a quick bite sitting here. Otherwise you can take the takeouts home to enjoy...
