Kuldhan Resort — Hotel in Sikkim

At first we had reached the resort at 11am we all staffs waited for us to be served for some teas and snacks but for waiting more than 20mins we ourself asked for tea that too only few were served and others were like waiting for more 10mins .We asked for second service of snacks they said all foods were finished even the 1st round of snacks were insufficient (only 5pcs of French fries and 2pcs of chicken and with lots of onion ) and while having some drinks as there were no snacks we asked one of the waiter to give us some salad there again they had to call the owner to ask whether to give or not they didn’t even had lime nimbo in such a big resort and for lunch food was served at around 2 and by 4:30pm it got finished only few pieces of chicken and paneer was there and if we hadn’t eaten our lunch earlier we had to return empty stomach so it was very disappointing hope to see further...

I just had the worst experience ever in this resort. And not because of the employees but the owner. The owner could be the prime example of how not to run a business. We went for a picnic and the owner was constantly buzzing around the buffet like a fly and not allowing anyone to take more than one or two pieces of a snack. This is completely outrageous. I mean when we are paying you the full amount you better provide full service. Not to mention it was quite expensive . Not at all satisfied with...

Ample parking space. Less crowded. Swimming pool access charges ₹400, it was ₹300 last year. As its less crowded, the pool is clean & clear. Swimming costume charges ₹200, safety tube for kids ₹200 extra. Good food. No outside foods are allowed. Service staff are polite and helpful. No kids play area, except a slide. Swimming pool depth is 3 ft on the shallow and 5 ft on the deep.
