OYO 10180 Hotel Value — Hotel in South Andaman Island

The room allocated to us was very bad. It was just beside the reception and their storeroom. The bed in that room was very very bad, It was making a noise whenever we sit on it or on any movement. While booking they will show you the two/three best rooms which they have also the reviews for this hotel are very good and based on these reviews I booked the hotel via MMT but I was wrong they fooled me by showing there best rooms and allocated the worst one. Also, they don't have a proper dining area forget about the restaurant. The owner of this hotel is a very sweet talking guy when we entered the hotel he was very polite and nice till he showed us the room once I was unhappy with the room and I informed him the same he was very reluctant for any help. He just disappeared after that and asked us to talk to his one and only attendant Arif for any assistance which he was not capable of. Also, the location of this hotel is on the outskirts of the Port Blair with no nearby market or restaurants. I WOULD I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO * NOT * GO FOR THIS HOTEL AND CHECK FOR ANY HOTEL NEAR...

We checked in to this Hotel few days back and I was surprised by its imperial look. People can see you from the transparent window glasses with extra transparent curtains and you can say everyone passing by "Hi". Coming to the Bathrooms, if you spit in to the wash basin, whatever you have spit along with the spit of others (who just used the basin) gets under your feet making you feel amazed. And you get to see the nice view of the release of yourself multiple times as the flush doesn't work. Coming to the bed, I feel it is better to sleep on ground rather. The Hotel staff is super arrogant and make you feel you are home. So, I request everyone to book this hotel if at all they want a "UNFORGETTABLE" andaman experience !! Two stars for the cleanliness of the room, because there is really nothing else that is going for this hotel.

Pros: The room was clean.

Cons: There is no restaurant or kitchen in this entire establishment. So the breakfast you ate served is cold, and limited. They don't have more than 1 sabzi and puri for breakfast, and everyone has to adjust with that.

Even if you order food from the menu they provide, the food is damp and packed. It is not the same as eating hot food.

The location of the hotel is far displaced from the market. Getting vehicles is difficult.

The staff is rather powerless when it comes to arranging vehicles on time.

Overall, don't try this place. It has the capacity to singlehandedly ruin...
