Vedant Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in South Andaman Island

This Restaurant is pathetic on it's service. There are only two staff serving 12 tables (48 diners). If you happen to get the attention of the waiters, you have to wait for hours after placing the order for the food to arrive.

The staff serving food also clean the tables which depicts a serious hygiene issue. Though, the items in the menu are reasonably priced, gap in proper service and unhygienic practice is a serious concern.

The food is actually quite average, but considering that there are hardly any Pure Veg restaurants, it's okay to go there. Sabzi is too oily, in spite of requesting them to use it less. Paneer tikka masala & Kadhai paneer are exactly the same, the only difference being the softness of paneer. Roti is good & soft for 2 mins, after that it becomes chewy. We ordered stuffed Paratha(Gobi) which is Rs.85 in menu card but they printed Rs.130 in the bill.. As we inquired about it, they said to pay Rs.130 and said it was the old rate which is printed in menu card. This is allegedly a fool thing, thinking that tourists won't check the rate in menu card and can easily fool them... Kindly revise the rates n print...
