OYO Umang Plaza — Hotel in Surajpur

Very worst experience ever in my lifetime. OYO have charged Rs.5500 for the room which was not even worth for 500. couple of times the booked hotels were canceled. We were stand on the middle of street at night 10PM in a new place, where both OYO & hotel persons not helped. The hotel surrounded by drainage water, toilet also very worst, not cleaned, bed is very dirty with bad smell. Those two days stay was completely unpleasant. you OYO has cheated us by showing the hotel building worked in photoshop, you just compare the real attached photos. we stayed only because of any other option in the mid night in a very new place. We never recommend OYO for our friends / family at any cost, also hereafter we never book with OYO. We are thinking to approach...
