Alps Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I am writing this rewiew ro just say the some negatives of the room after 1 hour of check in th receptionist called us and said that the my child is not a child he is an adult ,but that is ok they charged extra 500 for my child.I was travelling for the past 5 days but my child wasn't charged anything and they didn't said that he was an adult .We said that we will vacate then they said that we should give the money for staying for one hour .That's why we have extra 500 for my child. The room was bad like the quilt was made up of synthetic material and we asked for a extra bed because there were 3 adults according to us and 4 according to the hotel the room boy came and he just put the bed down and just spread the sheet very badly and they only gave us a bottle of water as compliment regularly all hotels keep atleast 2 bottle of water as compliment and the ac had no cooling when we said this to the receptionist,first a room boy came and did something to show that he did something so we waited some more time, after that we once more called the receptionist and slid that ac had no cooling after that a person came and said that he is a maintenance officer and he changed th remote and said after 5minutes the cooling will get very high and the ac's temprature was only going upto 18 the toilet was bad it was very tiny and they only gave one towel. in the thariff the breakfast was included and the food was average like not...

I would say that this is an average place to stay. I was travelling from my home town to Bangalore and wanted to rest for a night at some lodge on the way to Bangalore; I found this place near to Krishnagiri toll gate. Stayed there for a night, the rooms are clean but looks like they are renovating the place and the corridor was in a pathetic condition. The hotel staffs were attentive. Parking space was ample. They had mentioned in their website that there is a bar in their property but due to the recent Supreme court ruling, that all bars closer to the high ways needs to be closed; hence the bar is closed but they have not updated their website regarding it. So if you want to relax with a booze then look out for other place in Krishnagiri. However the staffs will help you in getting booze from near by shops. The food served is good. Morning breakfast was very tasty; probably they could have had a wider menu rather than few dishes. Since it is closer to the highway, there''s constant noise from the traffic outside. On 22nd Apr 2023 , one night stay with my whole family ( took two rooms)

Unfortunately the hotel 🏨 is not I was expected Condition.

At the night the ac is not getting cold and asked to reception to change my room and they did it , unfortunately the second room also same issue the ac is not getting cold. It was really bad experience.

The complimentary items such as tea and coffee, it’s really poor quality.

The breakfast 🥞 was having limited menu and the server is not well experienced to serve the food properly such as the table manners, not having / kept enough cutlery’s in the table, not serving time to time water & change the plates and all.

Hotel managers has to review below points.

The staff must be educated / trained to serve properly to handle the customer’s.

The breakfast counters nearby was basin having broken was base and seeing some dirty fungus.

The breakfast counters is really hot , still the ac is not working.
