Celebration Heaven seven — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Very bad service.

First we booked the whole place and had paid for it but upon reaching we found that they have given two rooms in the villa to some other even after promising us all the rooms. Even though we had booked for 12 adults and they charged for it they have us only 8 pillows and blankets

Then there was so much cow dung in entrance and they won't clean it. It was stinking. The water heater worked only in one bathroom so it was like we were back to college even after paying so much where we were lining up for shower. The bathrooms didn't even have hooks to hang dresses. Every morning while showering water ll stop n we had to go n inform him about water totally third class if you ask me. We got severe neck pain because of this sleeping problem in this cold like this and our vacation was ruined.

The other guests were also annoyed coz of the disturbance and it was a mess.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heaven Seven, and it was an absolute delight! The view from the property was nice, and the calm surroundings made for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal, situated between Coonoor and Ooty, and surrounded by lush farming areas. We even got to see the toy train chugging along!

A special mention to Aneesh Ettan, who was an exceptional host and ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. The amenities were top-notch, and while the rooms may not be spacious, they were cozy and perfect for friends and couples.

The unique round-shaped building and round beds added a fun touch to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Heaven Seven for its serene atmosphere, stunning views, and excellent hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't...

WASTE OF MONEY!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this homestay. The room was so tiny it felt like the size of a toilet. There was no kettle (which is a basic need in such cold weather), no TV, and the geyser barely gave warm water - forget about enjoying a proper hot bath.

To make things worse, they provided a very thin blanket that doesn’t even keep you warm in this cold climate. I had a very uncomfortable night because of that.

For this price, you can easily find much better homestays with real comfort and honesty. I regret trusting those top reviews and wasting my money here.
