I recently had the experience at Dwayfarer it's a truly exceptional hotel with a remarkable ambiance and a regal look. From the moment I entered the premises, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that exuded from every corner of the hotel.

The rich colors, intricate patterns, and tasteful use of textures create a truly royal atmosphere that is simply unmatched.

Read moreWe were here recently for a weekend and I'll give it a 5 star, even though there are a few cons with this place. If you are searching for a good, luxurious place to stay around Erode, then this is it. There cannot be a better place to stay around here. This resort is secluded, and can be a little difficult to spot, as it is away from any main road. They have very limited accommodation but all upto the mark. Very limited staff to run the show, but they are all very very helpful - most of them speak English. Rooms were spacious and I think all rooms have a balcony - ours did. It is advisable to take a farm view room as it will be away from all the noise of the various functions, parties the place hosts from time to time. When we went here, there were 2 parties in progress and I just couldn't find a place to park my XUV. So parking could be a problem if you arrive at the wrong time - i.e., in the evenings. Anyways, the food served from their kitchen is not so good, but you can place orders on Zomato and swiggy - there is an Anjappar outlet in Erode, if you are a nonveg lover, which is serviced by Zomato and swiggy. Lastly, the breakfast at the resort is very minimal, which makes sense considering the very limited number of rooms they run. One thing you should definitely try is their dosa and sambar. Simply mind-blowing! You can survive on just this one dish during your stay - it's that good and shouldn't be missed!!! The resort hosts a lot of parties and functions and could get a little noisy and crowded, so always go for the farm facing rooms - pool facing ones should be avoided if you don't like...
Read moreA great property available at amazing prices with great rooms but hugely let down by slow service and lack of food and drink options. Booked it for a family wedding reception and reserved 8 rooms of various range. The rooms are awesome, front reception staff eager to help. The garden and pool villas are a steal at price while rooms in blocks A and B are just excellent. Property is nice maintained with great details to aesthetics. The banquet hall is fairly spacious and works out for party of 150-175 people. The entrance to the resort is pretty classy and has ample parking space for guests. Now the sad points - housekeeping staff is untrained to handle the clientele you usually associate with this kind of property. There standard answer to basic requests like tea to be served or a food item to be made available is usually no and then you speak to front reception and it can be done. For such a property irrespective of room tier you expect basic like hair dryer, fridge and lockers to be available. There were none in any room except high end and there too no locker service. There is no bar in the restaurant inside the resort and food menu is limited. That's a huge strike because in this property it is easy to make customer spend more by offering these services. There is no spa which again is a huge let down. Service is slow overall and late night room service request is not available.
Overall can be amazing but definitely not yet there. Wont mind staying there again but will be going ready...
