Hotel NN Palace — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

This place is more of a function hall cum hotel, not an exclusive hotel — which is fine. The good part is that it has ample parking, the rooms are cozy, and overall, it looks reasonably hygienic. So, in terms of infrastructure, it’s decent.

But the main issue is with management and guest behavior control. When we checked in, everything seemed fine for a couple of hours. Later, we realized that guests in nearby rooms were partying — drinking and smoking. The entire corridor was filled with cigarette smoke and alcohol smell, which was really uncomfortable since we were with family.

When I complained at the reception, initially they didn’t take it seriously and just said they’d spray some room freshener and asked us to adjust. Only when I insisted and raised my voice did the owner step in, apologize, and move us to another floor.

Later that night, a few locals warned us that there were already police complaints and some illegal activities allegedly happening in this hotel. That made my family uncomfortable, and we decided to vacate early the next morning.

So, while the infrastructure is okay, the environment is not suitable for families and the staff response was very poor. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for family stays. It definitely not for those expecting a peaceful and safe...

The rooms are very clean , the surroundings are good, the service is also very extraordinary, everyone just checks in once, then everyone knows, why I am telling like this everything, I compared many hotels it was very good cleanliness and friendly service. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area on a pilgrimage or a short business trip try atleast one time for to stay in hotel you will never forget these rooms and interior designs they have like Sculpture carving in the wall and painting in room floor (tamilar kalacharam) it was very nice it's give us some good vibe and there was two big statue in 5 feet Thanjavur famous (thalaiyatti bommai) is there in reception near it was so good my wife and kid was so happy and take many pictures from there but one dissatisfaction is there was no restaurant when i asked them they say they restaurant was in renovation so we decided to go near Hotel Anitha Parthiban there food was very high quality and quantity was not good in hotel manager and staff are fighting each other's in that hotel it was not feel very comfortable so we didn't eat and we go outside that's only minus for...
