Hotel ZHANANA Inn — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

The rooms might look decent in photos, but the reality is disappointing. Linens were dirty, there were mosquitoes and no repellents provided. Bathroom taps were unclean and stained. I had booked what they call a “deluxe” room for an overnight halt, but later upgraded to a superior room — both were disappointing. The deluxe room had a strong cigarette smell, and the superior room had a spring bed with worn-out springs, making it uncomfortable. Overall, the place lacks hygiene and upkeep, and is not suitable...

Stayed here on 1st March 2019. Located in the Dindigul Palani highway. Cramped double bedroom. Additional charges of INR 500 collected for additional bed, where no space for it. No room service. No hot water in Room. Amenities such as brush and toothpaste weren't provided. Billing confusion while checking out. But we paid as demanded. Better client treatment would increase the rating....

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel , staff’s were very polite and helpful , room we stayed was cleans and the hygiene was well maintained . Interiors were very good . The food on the restaurant in ground floor was excellent , The chef was one of the best in that town and we had Special chicken Biriyani which was authentic I am sure this is one of the best Biriyani you could find...
