Keerthi Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Booked double bed AC at 4500/- per night, got single bed AC no reception mattresses not available no towels no wifi no closeby shops or hotels. staff not reachable

Only good thing about property is, cleanliness and parking available

This place is not a proper, hotel/ lodge/ homestay/ apartment. This a marriage convention hall only few rooms available for bride and groom purpose, this is rented out to just earn some profit when there is no ongoing function at the venue. Romm prices are really high for this hotel, they charge more than a 3 star hotel or a room...

This is not a hotel. This is a marriage hall with a few rooms. I booked via MMT and reached at 6pm. Staff had no information regarding my booking. They were very rude and said room will be available after 1 hour. Bed size was not even queen. After a few reminders got one towel only. Blanket had many red ants in it. Rooms were noisy. Had to check out on the first day itself. Thanks to MMT and the hotel management for refunding the amount...

രണ്ടാഴ്ച മുൻപ് ഫോണിൽ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു. അഡ്വാൻസ് വേണ്ട, വന്നാൽ മതി എന്നാണ് അപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞത്. ടൗണിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ ആ നമ്പറിൽ വിളിച്ച് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞ് വരും ഒ.കെ. അല്ലെ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ പോരെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ രാത്രി 7:30 ന് കുടുംബമായി എത്തിയപ്പോൾ മുറിയില്ല. ഒരു റിസപ്ഷൻ കൗണ്ടർ പോലും നല്ലതായി അവിടെ കണ്ടില്ല. ഒരു മേശയും കസേരകളും മാത്രം! കുറേ സംസാരത്തിന് ശേഷം കല്യാണ മണ്ഡപത്തിന്റെ സ്റ്റേജിൽ കിടന്നോളാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.😡 ഒട്ടും പ്രൊഫഷണൽ അല്ലാത്ത സമീപനം. ലിഫ്റ്റ് കണ്ടില്ല. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ഹോട്ടൽ പറഞ്ഞ് തരാൻ പോലും തയ്യാറായില്ല.

പിന്നീട് രാമനാഥപുരം ടൗണിൽ തന്നെ റിലയൻസ് ടെൻഡ്സിന് സമീപം ലിഫ്റ്റ് ഉള്ള നല്ല സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഉള്ള മുറി ഇവർ പറഞ്ഞ തുകക്ക് (3000) തന്നെ ലഭിച്ചു. സത്യത്തിൽ ഇവർ മുറി തരാതിരുന്നതിൽ വലിയ...
