We waited for almost 15 minutes and had to walkout as there were no items available from the menu. The customer service was no good either. Staff was running around like headless chicken. A/c dining area was available but the staff restricted it's access citing cleaning in progress. It was evident that they didn't want us to occupy the A/c section. The cashier did apologize for not being able to serve us. Appreciate the cashier's humble nature. However, expected some basic stuff at least after a long drive and the expectation was not met. Disputable hygiene and seating area cleanliness at this highway restaurant. Toilets were reasonably clean and food was overall fine. Only a few servers were around during the morning hour and that caused slight delays. Staff were polite and helpful though.

Kitchen ventilation needs a major overhaul as the entire dining area was filled with oil and cooking smoke. A/C room was only comparatively better, but since it's access door was not closed and neither the air conditioning on, it was only a bit better.

You get what you pay for, the food is worth it if you can handle highway food, and are into South Indian food. North Indian food is also good but I mean that's not the speciality here. The houseflies put me off, get rid of them and the overall experience becomes 4 stars. Also the washroom should be more clean and I don't blame the restaurant management alone, the crowd should also understand and cooperate.
