We ( 8 Family )recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Mystique Stay resort and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, We greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. Here's a review highlighting the aspects that made my stay truly memorable.

Accommodation: The accommodations were simply delightful. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was remarkable, It was evident that the hosts took great pride in creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Location: The home stay was nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. ( Tea Estate ) It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Despite the serene location,I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the serene beauty and tranquility every morning.

Hospitality: The hosts of the home stay went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a visitor. They were readily available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this home stay apart. Special mention for the owner Mr. Satish, He personally came over and ensure everything in place.

Food: The homemade foods provided during my stay were absolutely delicious. . Everyone had a satisfying dining experience.

Entertainment :

Our kids enjoyed so much in the playing area.

Positive Suggestions :

They could have rebuild the entrance in a way big bus also can easily turn and park inside. We find bit difficult to park inside the villa because of the gate position.

Overall Experience: Our stay at this home stay was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and cultural immersion. The hosts' warm hospitality, combined with the picturesque location and delectable food, created a truly unforgettable experience. Location : 5* the place is located around 2 km from main road its really hard to find the place and google keeps troubling you with the short roads on map. The quality of road to the resort from main road is very bad and it takes around 20-25 mnts to cover the distance of 2 kms.

Ambiance : 5* the place is very beautiful and well maintained, you get a lawn, a badminton court and very good and neat cleaned rooms. The interior of the resort is well decorated, you will see a sword and some guns at the entrance which are antique. The dining place is separated at the ground floor and can easily accommodate 18 ppl at a time. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I was surprised to see the hygiene and room quality. Overall very good ambiance as compared to the outside view.

Staff:5* staff is very polite and helpful, they value their guests and provide all the help. The guy who assisted us during our stay was very calm and helped us throughout the stay.

Food : 5* i must say i never had this good food in anyone of the resorts i have visited in past here in kothagiri and ooty, the taste is simply awesome. I think this is all coz of the spices they are using. I tried the normal non veg meals and to my surprise it tasted more of north indian gravy with the rice.

Overall :5* must go place if you are arround, you can enjoy the stay forsure. It is little costly as compared to other resort's but the amenities they are providing with the location its really...

We are not saying about the 2kg chicken we had ordered for lunch. I am mentioning about the breakfast items you had provided in your resort. I am very much aware that you are not providing complementary breakfast in your resort.

Our goodness we had ordered non veg items in per kg price instead of paying for no of plates. Otherwise we don't know how costlier it was for lunch and dinner. Also we agreed that, we had broken few chairs by simply sitting on that. we have not even played musical chair. That's why I have suggested others to bring their own chairs instead of paying for very old worthless chairs.

But the cost for the stay and especially the food was very much high. The quantity of the food is very much low while they charging very higher amount. They are not even provide complimentary breakfast. Also the quality of the chairs they provided us to sit is very worst. Few chairs got broken when we simply try to sit on that and they are charging 780 per chair. My suggestion is if you planning to stay here, Please have foldable chairs with you. Also better have food from outside because it wont enough if you planning to have here. waste of money. I am not gonna recommend this...
