Totally waste. we booked three bedroom in booking.com and paid the room rent by online.our check in was 4.00pm but we reached the room by 9.30p.m.we asked in the reception we are booked the yesterday and also paid the amount by online.that man said the room is not available because painting work is going on and also that man says we closed the online services.they give two bedroom for three persons and he asked extra charge for extra bed.we argued that how say like this and he told call to that booking.com customer care rise the compliant.we call the customer care we gave our coutomer i.d. next morning that reception man didn't ask the extra bed charges.wat I like say we booked three bedroom for 1250 with fifty percent discount.that man not accept the discount.so say that is not available painting work is going on.and also we asked that when room was booked means you receive a message that who was booked the room.ther e is no reply...
Read moreOyo guy said this was a oyo managed property and a lot more rubbish all of which turned out to be wrong. Hotel staff didn't have a clue of what Oyo promised me... including the rates. The hotel was getting refurbished with the most basics amenities missing. No toiletries, no hot water. One of rooms could be accessed from the roof of an adjacent property cuz the window would open fully (without any grill) which didn't have any locks....reached late at night and I didn't wanna drag my family along to another property so decided to stay. Never again using this and never booking...
