Imagine the situation: Its your 15th Year anniversary and you are visiting a most reputed tourism place #Cooner by traveling whole night for around 350 KM from Bengaluru with your family by booking 2 rooms in a wonderful hotel #Radosri with most scenic view Family room and queen size room through one of the reputed Trip advisory site #MakeMyTrip before 1 month as unfortunately it was a long weekend, Then the situation arises where most unprofessional hotel manger Mr Dinesh comes to hotel gate and without opening the gate says that, your 1 family room has been cancelled 2 days before by calling some unknown area manger of #MakeMyTrip whom we don't know and who doesn't even send any intimation through mail or call and at the same time you receive the hotel invoice of around 25+K to your mail address. Your family is standing on the road holding luggage and you don't have room then the rain starts......... Most Pathetic Situation Right...... Yes... My family faced this and it was a gift for My Sister's marriage anniversary.... We Reached the hotel by 2 with full happy mood then we got this shock. Mr Dinesh comes and tells that we have cancelled just because we got the booking before you booked(still the rooms were available online when we were booking). Then he sends the voice recording of that call where he has called and spoke with #MakeMyTrip Manager. But unfortunately he forgot to listen the call completely where the manager has clearly mentioned multiple times that you are doing this several times just because you are getting more amount through direct booking or through another Trip advisor application #Booking.com or #Goibibo.com or #TripAdvisor.com or #Agoda.com or #traveltriangle.com or #Trivago.com. surprising fact was that he agree to manger that the direct booking or booking from #Booking.com has happened after we booked the hotel rooms, and just because he was getting higher price, he wanted to cancel our booking which happened one month before with bit less price. In the call its clear evident that no where he confirmed the manger that he is cancelling our booking. So its clearly a fraud and money minded person staff plan. we were standing in front of the hotel for almost 4 hours in rain and they didn't even bother to call us inside to speak. Most unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from this hotel staff. One person from staff was praising himself as he came from hospitality background and he has worked 30 years in this area in reputed companies. Just imagine how many frauds he might have done from past 30 years. If you want to oppose the fraud and unprofessional behavior and to avoid this situation for your family.... Please don't even think about this hotel..... Its not Radosri.... Its Fradosri.... And a sincere request to all the online booking applications(#Booking.com or #Goibibo.com or #TripAdvisor.com or #Agoda.com or #traveltriangle.com or #Trivago.com.) to block this hotel from your list so that no other customer family face this problem on there memorable vacations. it will change from memorable to horrible vacation. Whoever planning to book directly by calling them, you are indirectly cheating one more family who has booked from some application. This Hotel staff and owner is only worried about money. So Please don't indirectly involve in this fraud act. If required, I can share the recordings of our discussion as proof.
