The Surrya Max Residency Pollachi — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

We stayed there for a night during Ballon Festival 2023. The apartment was very near from the festival venue(2km).

Pros:

1. The building has some 3-bedroom flats for accodamation. so it will be convenient for family people(5 to 7) to stay within a single door.

2. They also have Kitchen in each flat, but only kettle and drinking water is there (aquaguard). There is a living room with enough space and couches.

3. Wifi is available. TV is present only inside the rooms (not in hall).

4. Wide parking space that can accomodate 4 to 5 SUVs.

5. They provided Bathing and Dental kit.

Cons:

1. No Tea/Coffee/drinks within the building, people has to go out and buy (500m far).

2. No blankets for people only bedsheets are present.

3. Breakfast is available, but usually they buy it from outside and give to us like Swiggy Delivery. The quantity is not adequate, they deliver the default...

I stayed here for 3.5 weeks. There service is nothing short of amazing. I was volunteering at a school which meant I had to wake up early. They would wake up extra early to make me breakfast and even gave me a ride every morning by bike to the bus stand. I felt very safe, and the hotel is in a safe area. At night they would make sure I was doing ok and that I was staying safe when I went out for dinner. They would even order me delivery food if I asked for it; and when I had leftovers or food from home, they would let me use the kitchen to make my food. I felt very much at home here and they were very helpful with laundry. On two of the weekends I was out of town, and I kept the keys with Raam so he could clean my room. I felt safe giving him to keys to my room which had my belongings in it. They are very dedicated to giving good service to anyone...

Nice quaint little place, with well-maintained, and good infra...

Was accommodated here for a wedding...

The staff were pretty hospitable, and very responsive...

Rooms were pretty spacious... There were a total of 8 rooms at the place... The rooms are all air-conditioned as much as much as I saw... They have either a double bed (Queen size, I think) or 2 single beds... Plus they had cable... They had a stocked up washroom with a brush and hygiene kit...

A good place all-in-all, except for the stray mismanagement of housekeeping resources.. (couple of bundled up bedsheets in the kitchen area...)

Would definitely recommend for...
