Discrepancies and Disappointments at Hotel Vinyasa!

I recently stayed at Hotel Vinyasa and was disappointed by the striking difference between the enticing photos on Agoda and the reality of the hotel. The location failed to live up to expectations, and the rooms, despite being described as cozy and good, were rather ordinary. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of their polite staff; otherwise, it would have been a one-star rating, or even lower if possible.

Furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities that are essential for a comfortable stay. The absence of a mini refrigerator was particularly concerning, especially considering the high temperatures, ranging between 40 to 42 degrees. Additionally, the shower in the bathroom was faulty, with very low water pressure, and the outdated window AC gave the impression that it was at least 10 years old.

Upon inquiring about the disparity in room categories, I was informed that all rooms are the same, with identical facilities. This revelation raised doubts about the accuracy of Agoda's categorization, leaving me feeling that I had overpaid for a room that did not match the expectations set by the booking platform.

Adding to the disappointment was the breakfast area, located in a peculiar, dimly lit space that felt unsettling. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was more informal and casual than anticipated, further contributing to the letdown of the stay.

In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Vinyasa fell short of the standards portrayed in the Agoda listing. The discrepancies between the advertised features and the actual experience left me feeling dissatisfied and overshadowed the positive aspects...

Not as advertised online, extreme false advertisement and misleading. Rooms are extremely tiny and dirty. The place looked shady.Not good for family or women. We booked the place online after seeing great pics and reviews.When decided to cancel after seeing the condition of the room, the front desk staff said they were unable to cancel the booking. They asked us to call the booking website and the call would not go thru and kept getting disconnected. After trying for almost two hrs, my husband finally was able to speak to someone to cancel it. They said they would refund for the remaining days, and we are yet to see the refund. We lost one full day trying to cancel and in search of another hotel room in the city(we flew in from out of country to deal with this for a full day..especially when we had only two weeks to spend in...

Lets Just go as per the price you pay!

Room in which I was staying was pretty small. It was so small that if I have to go to washroom i need to close the door so that I can use it.

Staff was friendly but not at the level of hotel standards. Gave cloths for dry-cleaning( marked clearly on sheet) came back with broken buttons and white spots. Ensure u say thing 10 time to them so they understand. Kitchen have strict timings and you won't get anything if u are up early. One fine dine available next to hotel( good to have food here).

The shutter is down in the night, so if you are coming back in night you have to knock to get them up.
