The hotel looks very new and comfy. Excellent entrance, great design of the building. Lobby is rightly placed with some sofas but not ao welcoming. Rooms are nicely designed cheek and classy. Never tried their restaurant. Room service order taker itself will make you not to take order from them.
I feel is rightly planned and constructed but maintained by wrong way or wrong staffing.
Right from the arrival the staff is not so pleasing they take too much time for your checkin. Any requests we made there is will be a direct answer Big No!!
The rooms are good as mentioned above but not maintained properly with in short period of time already the restroom started stinking, there are lot of places looks damp and paint is peeling.
In the arrival itself they give u a impression that either they are untrained or super lazy. When we came to the room the person who walked us to the room said he was very new and dont know anything. We have enquired about roomservice in reception they said u can call from room at around 21.35Hrs. After reaching room we cannot find any menu in the room. To ask menu i have started searching for reception number a big surprise is that there was a phone but no numbers mentioned. Then i have to go all the way back to reception to ask for menu there comes a answer call 555 they will come and give. Now by the time this all happen the time is 21:45 when we called room service the gentle man said the moment we told that we need to order he can only take last order. I told him ok but need menu for that he replied with some items fastly and ask me to order from what he said. The answer was thank you and we walked out for nearby restaurant for dinner. The main thing is that we visited nandhana for dinner and spend around 1k which is a potential loss for the hotel we have no idea of going out but the staff made us go out.
The management seriously need to train the staffs in all aspects and look after the detailings there were a tea coffee supplies in the room however no kettle. Tv setup box was there not working minibar fridge was there no items.
For a 300 to 400 bucks extra than here there are international hotels surrounded by. To stand in the business the management needs to come up with an extraordinary tunning herr.

Highly disappointed
The total charge before taxes was 399/pax. Service was good. Here the problem started. a. The welcome drink was good b. Soup (cream of mushroom) was pethatic. It tasted like dal water and also it was served cold. c. Fish 65 : the fishi taste was too strong. d. There was no chicken item except chicken biryani. At least there should be one non veg Gravy item. e. Chicken Biryani was below average. f. Kadai Paneer had an average taste. g. Naan was too thick and chewy. h. Veg pulao : I didn't taste I. White rice/ Rasam was ok. j. Dal was also ok. k. Sweet: Bread halwa- who serves bread halwa in such a brand restaurant.... l. The only very nice item was Ice cream.
From me it is dissapointing... O do not recomend any one to take...
